Melody Bohrer

Melody Bohrer is vice president of the Broker Services group, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. She is responsible for the delivery of the ERA® value proposition through the field staff and telephone support service teams, including the ERA business consultants. A member of the ERA team since 1994, Bohrer's experience as a sales associate, vice president of a Top 200 ERA company and corporate member of ERA Real Estate brings in-depth knowledge of how best to provide affiliates with the solutions they need.

As vice president, education and development, Bohrer developed innovative, award-winning training programs and grew the ERA training department's capability. She led the development and delivery of educational courses for affiliates, coordinated the implementation program for new companies and new affiliate transitions, and managed the educational seminars at all ERA events and conferences.

Under Bohrer's leadership of education and development, ERA Real Estate became the first national real estate network to offer nationally recognized designations to affiliates online. She is responsible for the launch of scores of successful courses, and, along with the Realogy Franchise Group's Learning Group, led the development of the ERA Leadership Academy, an innovative learning program that was chosen for inclusion in Training Magazine's Top 100 list.
